Christmas time

We love Christmas time!!

Having a newborn at home has been different & since we can't take Axton out, it's been a little challenging to do things. Gramie, Nana & Papa help us a lot....so one night Gramie watched Axton so that we could take Meritt to eat & to the Fantasy of Lights. I had been feeling a little down, so it felt good to get out of the house & lifted my spirits.

December 23 - The other Morgans, Jeremy, Amber & Claire... got to town & we couldn't wait to see them.

Christmas Eve we hung out with the Morgan fam, took some pictures, played & then everyone went to the Fantasy of Lights, but Axton & I went home to rest....and so I could get some food ready for the next day.

It was pretty cute because Meritt knows how to push the button & was taking pics of Claire that close. :)

We sang "If you're happy & you know it clap your hands" to get them to look at us.

So then they did the motions to the song in most of the pics.

Then we let the girls hold Axton.

Meritt & Axton must have been really good because Santa brought some awesome presents!

Christmas morning....Meritt was SO excited when she saw all of the toys.

Axton was pretty excited too! haha. Santa got him this cute giraffe chair.

Then we headed to Nana & Papa's for breakfast and presents. Amber & Jeremy got the girls matching pajamas as a Christmas tradition.

The elephant ball popper that we got Claire was a hit!

And the Sit'n'Spin they got Meritt was a hit, too!

Axton didn't want to wake up for present time!! I think that will be a different story next Christmas.

Then we had my family at our house for late lunch & presents.
Gramie was the first to get ahold of baby boy. :)

Meritt loves playing with Owen's toys....& especially liked playing swords.

I went looking for Meritt & saw a blue light coming from under the bathroom door. This is what I found....& it was the funniest & cutest thing.

Ella got this weird cheetah/leopard hat thing & Meritt loved it, but she called it a Tiger. :)

We got Ella the Just Dance 3 game for Wii, so Julee & I decided to try a couple songs. It was pretty funny & a good, little workout. :)
